Very high natural frequency: The natural frequency of the sensor determines the upper frequency limit of pressure changes it can accurately measure. To avoid measurement distortion, the sensor's natural frequency must be much higher than the frequency of the measured pressure changes.

 
 

Excellent dynamic linearity: Across the entire measurement frequency range, the sensor's sensitivity should remain constant, maintaining a good linear relationship between the output signal and the pressure change.

 
 

Extremely fast response time: The delay between the pressure change and the electrical signal output must be very short, often required to be on the order of microseconds.
