  Dimensional and Visual Inspection

  Using tools such as calipers, projectors, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to check key dimensions of the bellows.

  Performance Testing

  To detect leaks in the bellows, one of the most fundamental and important tests.

  Stiffness / Elasticity Test

  To measure the force or pressure required to produce a unit displacement in the bellows, i.e., its elastic properties.

  Pressure Resistance Test

  To verify the bellows' ability to withstand pressures exceeding the working pressure without permanent deformation or failure.
